Here are the findings of several clinical studies showing how hypnosis helps with weight loss: •In a study of 60 women separated into hypnosis versus non-hypnosis groups, the groups using hypnosis lost an average of 17 pounds, while the non-hypnosis group lost an average of only .5 pounds (Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1986). •A meta-analysis study comparing the results of adding hypnosis to weight loss treatment showed that adding hypnosis increased weight loss by an average of 97% during treatment, and even more importantly increased the effectiveness POST TREATMENT by over 146%. If you are like most people, the answer is probably "MANY!!" Think about it: more than likely you would not be reading this if you were happy with how you look and feel. If you felt happy, self-assured, confident, and were consistently following a healthy eating and exercise plan you likely wouldn’t have a weight issue. You've probably tried numerous diets then go back to the same old patterns of living, gain the weight back and sometimes…sadly, weigh more. Why is Losing Weight so Important? If you lose just 10% of your body weight, studies have shown you can expect:
Special Report... A 25-year long study conducted by The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio found that the more diet sodas a person drinks, the greater the chance that he or she will become overweight or obese. This was based on data collected from over 1,000 people who were either normal weight or overweight (but not obese) at the beginning of the study. The study showed that for each diet soda a person drank per day, they were 65 percent more likely to become overweight, and 41 percent more likely to become obese! So is it the artificial sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose that lead to belly fat? Or is it the chemical ingredients like phosphoric acid that link diet soda to being overweight? Diet sodas are loaded with chemicals and fake sugars that are foreign to your body. In the most basic sense our body is always in "fight or flight" mode meaning that the number #1 thing our body worries about is keeping us alive and healthy. Now when these foreign chemicals come into the body, your organs have to focus on ridding your body of these harmful chemicals instead of doing what it normally does. which is BURNING FAT! So by putting diet soda into your body, you are forcing your body to focus on getting rid of those chemicals and delaying the fat burning process This is why I HIGHLY recommend ditching the diet sodas.

Unfortunately, less than one in four were able to stay on their given diet for just one year! It should be noted that "no single diet produced satisfactory adherence rates."
